Refund Policy
As a non-profit we rely on donations and the money raised during classes to operate. These operations include supplies, learning tools, permits, and space we reserve to hold the classes. This also includes the overhead costs associated with running a safe outdoor organization. We maintain a low cost for classes by relying on the quantity of participants so cancellations can affect us drastically.
Refund Policy for Standard Classes
48+ Hours Before Class: Participants will receive a full refund
12-47 Hours Before Class: If the spot can be filled, participant will receive a full refund, otherwise they will receive a class credit equivalent to price paid
11-0 Hours Before Class: No Refund can be issued for night before and day of cancellations or no shows
Multi-day & Backpacking Trips
This includes any trip held by Wild Forces that spans overnight to multiple days. Due to the nature of these trips, more significant planning is required making it harder to fill last minute spots.
3+ Days Before Class: Participants will receive a full refund
48-12 Hours Before Class: If the spot can be filled, participant will receive a full refund, otherwise they will receive a class credit equivalent to price paid
11-0 Hours: No Refund can be issued for night before and day of cancellations or no shows
Third-Party Lead Trips
This includes classes and trips lead by a third party such as rock climbing, rappelling, foraging, and any other event that is stated as a third-party event. Wild Forces adheres to that business’s cancellation and refunds policy which will be stated in the event details.
