BIPOC Committee
It has always been part of our mission to create more accessible space for those who face challenges in the outdoors. We recognize the lack of diversity in our leadership and event participants and want to change that. We are looking to build and support a committee of women of color who want to grow a more diverse community in the outdoors. This committee will include a Chair position on the Board as well 2-4 members.

We have several needs in social media and it really just comes down to needing someone to post and respond to comments and messages. Content creation is welcome but we are also developing a separate committee for that task.
